Parasite Cleanse for Pets and Humans

Pets have many of the same parasites that we get, including Ascaris (common roundworm), hookworm, Trichinella, Strongyloides, heartworm and a variety of tapeworms. Every pet living in your home should be deparasitized (cleared of parasites) and maintained on a parasite program. Monthly trips to your vet are not sufficient. (Besides, your vet will give your pet drugs, which may have side effects later; and drugs generally kill only 1, or very few, kinds of parasites.)
You may not need to get rid of your pet to keep yourself free of parasites. But if you are very ill, it is best to board it with a friend until you are better.
Your pet is part of your family and should be kept as sweet and clean and healthy as yourself. This is not difficult to achieve. Here is the recipe:
Pet Parasite Program
1. Parsley water: cook a big bunch of fresh parsley in a quart of water for 3 minutes. Throw away the parsley. After cooling, you may freeze most of it in several 1 cup Containers. This is a month’s supply. Put 1 tsp. parsley water on the pet’s food. You don’t have to watch it go down. Whatever amount is eaten is satisfactory.
All dosages are based on a 10 pound (5 kilo) cat or dog. Double them for a 20 pound pet, triple them for a 30 pound pet, and so forth.
Pets are so full of parasites, you must be quite careful not to deparasitize too quickly. The purpose of the parsley water is to keep the kidneys flowing well so dead parasites are eliminated promptly. They get quite fond of their parsley water. (Perhaps they can sense the benefit it brings them.) Do this for a week before starting the Black Walnut Hull Tincture.
2. Black Walnut Hull Tincture (regular strength): 1 drop on the food. Don’t force them to eat it. Count carefully. Treat cats only twice a week. Treat dogs daily… for instance, a 30 pound dog would get 3 drops per day (but work up to it, increasing one drop per day). Do not use Extra Strength [or dilute it 1:4].
If your pet vomits or has diarrhea, you may expect to see worms. This is extremely infectious and hazardous. Never let a child clean up a pet mess. Begin by pouring salt and iodine (“Povidone” iodine, topical antiseptic, is available in most drug stores) on the mess and letting it stand for 5 minutes before cleaning it up. Clean up outdoor messes the same way. Finally, clean your hands with diluted grain alcohol (dilute 1 part alcohol with 4 parts water). Grain alcohol is actually ethyl alcohol that has been made by fermenting grain. In some countries sugar cane is used to make ethyl alcohol. A common brand in the United States is Everclear. But be careful. The smaller flask sizes are polluted with solvents from the pumping and filling processes. Choose the 750 ml or 1 liter bottle which is, evidently, bottled differently. Be careful to keep all alcohol out of sight of children; don’t rely on discipline for this. Be careful not to buy isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol for this purpose.
Start the wormwood a week later.
3. Wormwood capsules: (200-300 mg wormwood per capsule) open a capsule and put the smallest pinch possible on their dry food. Do this for a week before starting the cloves.
4. Cloves: put the smallest pinch possible on their dry food. Keep all of this up as a routine so that you need not fear your pet’s parasites. Also, notice how peppy and happy they become.
Go slowly so the pet can learn to eat all of it. To repeat:
- Week 1: parsley water.
- Week 2: parsley water and black walnut.
- Week 3: parsley water, black walnut, and wormwood.
- Week 4: parsley water, black walnut, wormwood, and cloves.

Tips for prevention of parasites in your body: Pets should not stroll on counters or table. They should eat out of their own dishes, not yours. They should not sleep on your bed. The bedroom should be off limits to pets. Don’t kiss your pets. Wash your hands after playing with your pet. NEVER, NEVER share food with your pet. Don’t keep a cat box in the house; install a cat door. Wear a dust-mask when you change the cat box. lf you have a sandbox for the children, buy new sand from a lumber yard and keep it covered. Don’t eat in a restaurant where they sweep the carpet while you are eating (the dust has parasite eggs tracked in from outside). Never let a child crawl on the sidewalk or the floor of a public building. Wash children’s hands before eating. Eat “finger” foods with a fork. If feasible, leave shoes at the door.
Solvents are just as bad for your pet as for you. Most flavored pet foods are polluted with solvents such as carbon tetrachloride, benzene, isopropyl alcohol, wood alcohol, etc. Don’t buy flavored pet food.
Pets add a great deal to human lives. Get rid of the parasites, not the pets, unless you are very ill.

👀
Do how often do you follow this protocol for your pets
And how do you adjust it for yourself
And how often for yourself
This article says parasite cleanse for pets and humans, but I only see directions for pets.
Where is the human prescription?
I’m not seeing a section on parasite cleanse for humans – did I miss something?
She isn’t giving amounts for humans but all that can be used for human, it’s in many protocols
Does the amounts change to bigger amounts or sonthing for humans?
I’m a researcher from way back. When my golden came to me in 2010, I made a promise I would do everything I could to prevent her from developing cancer and by research has been ongoing….. share my findings and been running a wholistic pet community for almost 10 yrs. Unfortunately my wholistic lifestyle didn’t really get going until then, but I’m forever grateful I was inspired by my dogs’ to venture out because I’ve learnt SO much for them and myself.
I agree that these are all great options.
When my late partner was diagnosed with bowel cancer in 2015 (passed 2019), my research into human cancer went deeper. That whole experience with “science” based approach was a real eye opening, jaw dropping experience to say the least. It was the worst time of my life, but in one way very educating.
When he was diagnosed my sister mentioned black seed oil (nigella sativa). I started researching it and still do off and on.. I like to stay up to date with new findings and studies.
All my dogs and myself have been taking BSO ever since (with breaks). I haven’t had any jabs whatsoever. (I also stopped vaccinating my dogs when I created my community). I haven’t had a sick day since and its helped a lot with my gut issues. I do get some sinus issues around certain times of the year from the farmers I suspect, so I make a point of taking BSO around these times and I don’t have a problem.
I buy the oil, not capsules. I place it under my tongue then swallow it with some water. I don’t mind the taste now, I’ve even gargled it a few times.
BSO is also great as a preventive for parasites, amongst other things. I also use it in poultices, topically and I also smear it over my dogs teeth and gums a few times a week and as a final wipe in their ears. They never have ear issues at all.
The seeds can be used for certain things too. When consuming them, they’re best to be heated until the bitter taste goes away. I’ve written a comprehensive researched post for this and others in my community.
They’ve all been raw fed btw and I make their treats/chews, my youngest was weaned onto raw.
We are also consuming moringa leaf in whole form or powered… another great whole food for whole family to help keep nasties away.. great to research benefits etc. And a wonderful looking miracle tree to have growing in your medicinal garden!
Over a full moon period of a week I give them certain foods and supplements as a preventive. The above, as well as DE is great and ACV. I also include ground pumpkin seeds in their daily meals, not just around full moon. My dogs have never had worms, my youngest is 8 and has been raised as close to nature as possible. My golden will be 14 this year, she does have bad arthritis and some fatty tumors caused to over vaccinating I think. She was my late partner’s dog, but I’ve cared for her all her life. My shihtzu (11) passed away from heart issue 3mths ago leaving behind her 8yr son. He’s my pride and joy, my confidant, inspiration and forever savior.
Thank you for a great community and resources, I’m always sharing the group with my followers.
I had to laugh how you quote “dry food”
What can you use in place of dry walnut hull? Our family have tree nut allergies.
I’ve used DE for myself, family and pets with great success
I’d use DE – even if you do use walnut but especially if you’re leaving that part out.
I’d keep up with DE in food ongoing, it’s a great source of silica and some other minerals and provides many benefits besides just killing parasites.
Do you take DE in morning before food or does it matter when you take it?
There isn’t one answer for all, some say it kills parasites better when taken with a meal, some find it helps them more on an empty stomach, try and see what works best for you
.is it possible to just put ¼ teaspoon of DE in something every morning and use just this and have the same effect and skip all of the other things to simplify? Or are all of these other things needed as well?
