Unlock Your Ears

Natural Relief for Tubes, Infections, Vertigo and Tinnitus

Story at a Glance:

Blocked Eustachian Tubes

Gentle seated vibration + tuning fork on the mastoid bone + RLT on the side of the head/jaw + diluted natural drops work together to reduce swelling, relax the tube muscles, and encourage drainage.

Inner Ear Infections

RLT and natural drops (garlic oil or diluted H₂O₂) target local inflammation and microbes, while the plate and forks support circulation and muscle relaxation around the ear.

Vertigo (BPPV)

Vibration plate and tuning forks help with gentle repositioning and circulation, while RLT reduces inner-ear inflammation — best used after any crystal-repositioning moves.

Tinnitus

Tuning forks and red light therapy calm overactive nerves and improve local blood flow; the plate adds whole-body circulation support and the drops can help if wax or mild infection is involved.

For Eustachian Tubes:

  • Vibration Plate: Sit with feet close together on the plate, 2–3 min sessions). This gently improves neck/jaw circulation and relaxes the tiny muscles that open the tubes. Watch my upcoming video where I will demonstrate how to send vibes up through arms, shoulders, and head/neck for even better results.
  • Tuning Forks: Hold a 128 Hz or 256 Hz fork on the mastoid bone behind the ear for 30–60 seconds per side while swallowing or yawning. The vibration travels through bone to relax the tube muscles and create micro-pressure waves that help them pop open.
  • Red Light Therapy: Apply near-infrared RLT (600–850 nm) to the side of the head/jaw for 5–10 minutes before or after the plate or forks. It reduces local inflammation and boosts circulation around the tube opening.
  • Natural Ear Drops (1–2 drops, warmed slightly):
    • Diluted 3% hydrogen peroxide (1:1 with colloidal silver or distilled water) to break up wax/blockage.
    • Warm olive oil or garlic-infused olive oil for soothing and antimicrobial support.
    • Diluted apple cider vinegar (1:1 with water) for pH balance.

Start gentle, listen to your body, and combine as feels right. Many report relief in just a few sessions.

Inner Ear Infections (labyrinthitis or vestibular neuritis)

The protocol helps symptomatically by:

  • Vibration plate improves circulation and lymphatic drainage around the inner ear (plate + cane trick)
  • (RLT on the side of the head/jaw) Reducing local inflammation
  •  (tuning fork on mastoid) Relaxing surrounding muscles and encouraging fluid movement

The natural drops (diluted H₂O₂ or warm garlic olive oil) can support gentle cleaning if there’s any middle-ear involvement. Start slow on the platform (2–3 min), in a seated position with feet on the platform — it won’t kill the infection but can ease dizziness and pressure while the body clears it.
(For more info on inner ear infections see my nebulizing article). https://www.thenaturalhealthlibrary.com/colloidal-silver/ultimate-nebulizing-guide/

Vertigo (especially BPPV — crystals in the ear)

Dr. Bergman says most vertigo is from displaced calcium crystals (otoconia) in the semicircular canals. The protocol supports repositioning and recovery by:

  • Gentle vibration helping the crystals settle or move more easily (seated plate + fork on mastoid)
  • RLT reducing inner-ear inflammation that makes vertigo worse
  • Overall circulation and muscle relaxation around the neck/jaw preventing compensatory tension

Many people feel a noticeable reduction in spinning after a few sessions. Combine with simple head-positioning moves (Epley-style, but very slow and gentle).

Tinnitus (ringing or buzzing in the ears)

The same gentle protocol can often bring noticeable relief for many people with tinnitus. Seated vibration plate sessions improve circulation and lymphatic drainage around the inner ear and neck, while the tuning fork on the mastoid bone delivers targeted low-frequency vibration that calms overactive nerves and relaxes tight jaw/neck muscles. Adding red light therapy on the side of the head/jaw reduces local inflammation and supports nerve repair.

Magnesium (300–1200 mg glycinate) and B12 (1,000–2,000 mcg methylcobalamin) are especially helpful because they calm nerve hypersensitivity and support myelin repair — many people notice the ringing quiets within weeks when levels are optimal.

WiFi and EMF can trigger or worsen tinnitus, the protocol plus turning off routers at night, turning off WiFi on devices not being used, and moving devices farther away is a smart move.  Many people notice their ears quiet down dramatically once they reduce exposure.

Give your nervous system a much-needed break. Start slow and listen to your body — relief is often gradual but real.

Red Light Therapy (RLT / Photobiomodulation)

How to Use:

Just hold the torch light directly against the skin for 5–10 minutes per side:

  • Behind the ear on the mastoid bone (the bony bump) — this is the most effective spot because NIR light penetrates well here and reaches the inner ear structures.
  • Or on the tragus (the little flap in front of the ear canal) for additional coverage.

Do this 1–2 times a day. The red/NIR wavelengths reduce inflammation, boost circulation, and support tissue repair in the middle/inner ear without needing anything inserted. A simple red light torch is effective, or there are specific products that can be inserted in the ears or nose. Many people notice less pain and pressure after a few sessions.

Combine it with seated vibration plate + tuning fork protocol for even better lymphatic drainage and muscle relaxation around the tubes.

Whole Body Vibration Therapy (WBV)

Even seated, the vibrations reach the head/neck/jaw area, just more subtly than when standing.
Here’s how it works:

The oscillating plate creates rhythmic pressure waves that travel upward through your entire skeletal system (bones are excellent conductors), fascia, blood vessels, and lymphatic channels. The pelvis, spine, and neck act like a natural “highway” for these waves, so you still get gentle pulsations higher up. It’s not as intense as standing, which is why it’s safer and more comfortable for ear-tube work, especially when just starting.

For blocked tubes this reduces subtle swelling and tension around the Eustachian tubes, relaxes the tiny muscles that control them, and creates tiny pressure shifts that help the tubes pop open.

That’s why many people with blocked ears feel relief in a seated position without ever feeling strong vibes in their skull.

Quick tip for even more effect: Lean slightly forward with forearms resting on your thighs — that routes more vibration upward without needing to stand. *Stay tuned for my upcoming video for more info on sending vibrations to the upper body whether sitting or standing.

Standing on the plate is perfectly fine once you’re ready — just hold onto something stable (wall, chair etc.) and keep a slight knee bend (10–20°), with feet no more than shoulder width apart to dampen head transmission if you want to avoid strong skull vibrations.

Vibration Therapy (WBV) for Vertigo & Inner Ear Issues

Evidence is mostly for vestibular rehabilitation (balance/vertigo from inner ear dysfunction), not acute infections.

  • A 2017 study showed photobiomodulation reached deep inner ear structures and helped peripheral vestibular dysfunction (vertigo). https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28853245/
  • A 2023 study found red/NIR light reduced inflammation in ear models and improved symptoms like ear fullness and pressure (relevant to Eustachian tubes and vertigo). https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9992796/

Memorandum of Understanding

I understand that the fellow members of the Association that provide services and care do so in the capacity of a fellow member and not in the capacity as a licensed health care provider. I further understand that within the association no doctor-patient relationship exists but only a contract member-member Association relationship. In addition, I have freely chosen to change my legal status as a public patient, customer or client to a private member of the Association. I further understand that it is entirely my own responsibility to consider the advice and recommendations offered to me by my fellow members and to educate myself as to the efficacy, risks and desirability of same and the acceptance of the offered or recommended treatment, tools and care is my own carefully considered decision. Any request by me to a fellow member to assist me or provide me with the aforementioned treatment, tools and care is my own free decision in an exercise of my rights and made by me for my benefit, and I agree to hold Terry Chamberlin and other members and the Association harmless from any unintentional liability for the results of such care, except for harm that results from instances of a clear and present danger of substantive evil as determined by the Association, as stated and defined by the United States and Canadian Supreme Courts

In addition, I understand that, since the Association is protected by the principles of the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution and the Charter of Rights of Canada, it is outside the jurisdiction and authority of Federal, State and any other governmental Agencies and Authorities concerning any and all complaints or grievances against the Association, any Trustee(s), members or other staff persons. All rights of complaints or grievances will be settled by Terry Chamberlin and will be waived by the member for the benefit of the Association and its members. Because the privacy and security of membership records maintained within the Association have been held to be inviolate by the U.S. and Canadian Supreme Courts, the undersigned member waives all privacy rights and complaint processes. Any medical or healthcare records kept by the association will be strictly protected and only released upon written request of the member. I agree that if any dispute arises I will seek to settle it privately between Terry Chamberlin and myself and I agree I cannot and will not take this private matter to a State, Provincial, Federal or any other government public protection agency.

I agree to join the Association, a private membership association under common law, whose members seek to help each other achieve better health and live longer with good quality of life.

I understand that the doctors, nurses, and other practitioners who are fellow members of the Association are offering me advice, services, and benefits that do not necessarily conform to conventional medical care. I do not expect these benefits to include on-call coverage, hospital care, or the usual and customary care provided by most physicians. I will receive such primary and specialist care elsewhere.

As a member, I accept the goals of helping my body function better and choosing techniques that are both safe and have a reasonably good chance to succeed, realizing that no diagnostic technique or treatment is foolproof. If I choose to forgo drugs, surgery, or radiation that has been recommended to me by others, I fully accept the risk that I might suffer serious consequences from that choice. Other aspects of informed consent will take place in my discussions with the providers and my fellow members of the Association.

My activities within the Association are a private matter that will not be shared with anyone else without my specific permission. All records and documents remain as property of the Association, even if I receive a copy of them. I fully agree not to file a malpractice lawsuit nor take any other legal action against a fellow member of the Association, unless that member has exposed me to a clear and present danger of substantive evil. I acknowledge that the members of the Association do not carry malpractice insurance.

I enter into this agreement of my own free will or on behalf of my dependent without any pressure or promise of cure. I affirm that I do not represent any Province, State, Federal or any other governmental agency whose purpose is to regulate and approve products. I have read and understood this document, and my questions have been answered fully to my satisfaction. I understand that I can withdraw from this agreement and terminate my membership in this association at any time.

These pages consist of the entire agreement for my membership in this Association and they supersede any previous agreement.

I understand that the membership gives me access to nutritional products and services that will require a fee to receive said products and services. I agree to pay said fees to receive said products and services.

I agree this contract began on the date of my joining the Facebook group, “The Natural Health Library”. I declare that by joining this private webpage, I have carefully read the entirety of this document and I fully understand and agree with it.

I also agree that, should I disagree with any part of this statement, I will immediately delete my membership here.
